Overall Rating I know there for first timers but I found them to be too big and to easy to keep in. I had a bit of trouble getting them in and out with lube and it was my first time ever using ben wa balls. If you haven't had much sex you should go for a slightly smaller size. Overall Rating The kegel cherry excercisers silicone charms are better then I expected. The soft silicone adds a nice easy to insert expect. They are not to big and the chime inside can not be heard when your using them. The soft stem makes it easy to remove them. Overall Rating They arrived quickly, now, as to their usefulness.. Well.. I suppose I should say that I have never had children, and I have been doing kegel exercises for years. This is however the first time I have purchased a Ben-Wa set. I got the adorable little cherries in, but honey, they ain't budging. I don't find it necessary to contract a damn thing. Overall Rating To give you an idea they are about the size of a ping pong ball. So if you really have issues these would be good to start with. After I got over my initial shock of the size I did use a lubricant and give them a try. I can keep them in easily, even after having three children but I have still seen an improvement in my kegel muscles. I would suggest using them while you are waking or moving around to get the full benefit. The little flutter feeling that they create feels nice and has improved my libido. I like these much better than the steel balls and wish they came in a variety of sizes. Side note; if you place the "stem" just right it will give you an added pleasure while working your kegel muscles. Definitely glad I purchased these.- By Hotsie on 11/11/2015
Overall Rating They arrived pretty quickly but when I opened the box I was a bit intimidated by the size of each ball. I did some research beforehand and I learned the bigger Ben wa balls are best for beginners since its easier to hold them in. I thought these were going to be way too big but I was able to get them in without too much difficulty. Definitely use a water base lube if you are having trouble. Once they are in and you walk around you can feel the balla inside of the cherries move around which actually feels good. It takes a couple of times wearing them to get used to them but my muscles already feel stronger and my boyfriend can definitely feel a difference.
