Good for the most part. Only complaint is that water leaks out around the fitting when pressure is applied to bulb

Good Bulb.
Easy to clean, Easy to fill, Easy to use.
It does have a rounded tip but don't expect to use it dry.
Some reviews say it leaks but the one I got doesn't.

I didn't buy this enema bulb for its intended use. I actually use it to irrigate my ears with very warm water and it helps to flush out the compacted ear wax that accumulates over time. I simply fill the bulb all the way and then, while holding my head over the sink, I irrigate one ear canal at a time. After a two to three attempts a very large and curiously hard clump of earwax plops into the sink (the culprit for significantly reducing my hearing).
I find this type of bulb large enough to provide me with a long enough stream of warm water to get the job done right. The smaller types of bulbs that come with ear cleaning kits are simply not sufficient for me. They simply don't work for me.
I know my review will probably be perceived as oddly misplaced but perhaps someone might benefit from my idea. However, I strongly suggest not using the same enema bulb for cleaning the ears and the rectum. Buy two and use them respectively. :)

Works very well! The "offensive odor" isn't lead paint, it is just the smell of the rubber used. Works very nicely!

The item works great. New out of the box it has a sharp edge on the top which is how the item was made in the mold. I sanded it with a pumice stone and made it smooth. Running my finger across the top would actually scratch my finger, so it's a good thing I smoothed it out.

I'm somewhat new to the anal game, and haven't used this but c couple of times to this point. I will, however, comment on my observations.
1) Yeah, I know -- the anus is filled with sensitive nerve endings. But you're sticking this thing up your ass with the ultimate intent of sticking something even larger up your ass. Don't be such a wuss. Use a little sandpaper or an emery board and soften the edges a little. It's really not that big a deal...
2) Fill the bulb with water, stick it in your ass, and squeeze. Pull it out of your ass, and then let go of the bulb. Letting go while it's still in your ass, which is now filled with water and fecal matter is the major reason that you get some of the yuck in the bulb. To further reduce the chances of this, run a few cycles with plain water after you're finished using it. In other words, RINSE IT OUT before putting it away!
How will it hold up over time? Will the rubber harden & crack? I dunno, but if something goes wrong, I'll be back to talk about it.
