Overall Rating Construction is solid stanless steel with a piece of plastice to separate the two poles. It was also a perfect fit ALL the way in with only about 1/4" sticking out to hold onto with my vinyl gloves - no "stretching" needed in my case. Overall Rating I received this along with other attachments and a deluxe six channel power box courtesy of one of my submissives. He loves sounds, so I tried this out with awesome results! Most of the sensation will be felt around the little black band, so don't just stick it in and leave it - move it around... the closer it comes to being removed the more sensitive the area will be so pull out slowly and reduce the current as you pull out to avoid crossing the line (unless your partner likes that).
The only major thing to note is that this is a pretty thick sound, so if you have no experience with sounds you shouldn't buy this. Remember... this is 5/16 of an inch wide. That's pretty wide if you've never done urethral stretching. Even with my more experienced sub, it took a little stretching with some rosebuds to warm him up. It's about as thick as a standard pen, maybe a little bit smaller.

Overall Rating I was seeking something that could provide internal e-stim near the prostate gland and proximal end of the urethra. At just over 7 inches long, this sound reaches in to stimulate nerves that would miss out on the fun with a shorter probe. Connecting just the end electrode of this sound to the e-stim controller while using a cock ring electrode for the other electrode worked wonderfully well. Note: do not try to unscrew the end electrode. I did try using both of the electrodes on the sound at the same time with a bipolar connection as intended but found them to have too little separation to prevent feeling a painful hot spot when using the higher power levels that I like. I expected that and plan to continue using just the end electrode with a separate second electrode. Tube is mandatory when inserting the sound because its diameter is large. I've read that such a large diameter sound can help relieve BPH but can't speak from my own experience as I don't suffer from BPH. With the right e-stim settings on a control unit, this sound produces exquisite pleasure and intense orgasms that leave a feeling of euphoria afterward. Frequently emptying the prostate might lower the risk of having prostate problems according to reports I've seen. This sound can help empty the prostate. Be careful! This device is obviously intended for advanced users.
