Overall Rating This is excellent for a beginner or someone hesitant to try such. Note, the size showing in the picture is almost fully inflated. It starts out smaller than a pencil (1/4") and inflates to what you see (apx 1"). Do not over inflate as the material is thin. Overall Rating I have not been using this as a sex toy. Instead, I bought it as a treatment for my vaginismus. It has been highly effective in that regard. The fact that I can inflate and deflate as necessary, instantly, helped me to relax and stick with the pain long enough to stretch the muscle. I've had it a month, and I've used it maybe three times a week, and already there has been huge improvement. Now I can inflate it to 3/4 of my fist with little to no pain. Maybe now I won't be in excruciating pain during my yearly doctor exam (among other things). Way better than using dilators!
