Overall Rating If you are purchasing this expecting it to look like a PA piercing...forget it because that will not be the case and you will surely be disappointed. However, if you are purchasing this for the stimulation provided by having a penis plug inserted, then this item will probably work well for your needs. It has some weight to it, and once inserted the wide shoulder portion (roughly center of the plug) will stimulate the tip of the penis from the inside giving a subtle but pleasurable feeling. Although this is sold as a one size fits all, there are of course going to be those who will find it to be either too big, or too small. It is 10mm wide at the widest point, so you should take an assessment of your equipment to get an idea of the probable fit. If you are already into sounding and can insert larger than a 10mm rod, or if your urethral opening is naturally not completely closed then you may find the diameter of this item to be too small for you.
The important thing to remember when using a plug of this nature is to make it sterile. DO NOT pull it out of the package, spit on it and insert it...you will very likely get a bladder infection if you do. Get a bottle of alcohol, some alcohol wipes, and some sterile KY jelly. Douse the plug in a small cup of alcohol for a few seconds, wipe the head of your penis with the alcohol wipe, and apply KY lubricant to the tip of the penis plug. Do not touch the cap of the lubricant directly to the tip of your penis as you may contaminate the tube. Insert the plug slowly, and if you meet resistance before you can fully insert it, just hold it at that point for a bit of time, then move it in and out slowly, each time trying to slightly push it a bit further in. The idea is to slightly stretch and relax the opening a bit. If you find that you meet painful resistance before being more than 2/3 of the way to the widest part of the plug, then you will not be successful in inserting it without damage to your friend.
Above all, use common sense. If you insert this plug and see blood on either the way in OR on the way back out (more likely), then do some stretching with a set of Pratts before you go back to using this plug. It's not rocket science folks. A product such as this, and sounds of course, will eventually permanently stretch your urethral opening, so make sure that result is acceptable to you. No matter what I try (lubes, favorite movies) I still cannot fit this in without extreme pain due to it being too wide for me. Overall Rating I ordered this stainless steel key ring... or so I thought! I opened the box and followed the directions... before I knew it, I found myself running late for work, with my new key ring inserted into my tallywhacker and my car keys swinging from the loop at the end of it.
