Going in it had that bit of give that a real man of normal hardness would have and if you don't give him enough lube he bends a bit trying to push in. Very realistic. Once inside, the resilient outer "skin" really made a difference in comfort. You can work it pretty hard and it's not going to be tough on your insides because, just like a real man, the skin moves and compresses a bit where it needs to.
The suction cup has very weak hold, but it makes a good handle and I imagine would work well in a harness. Don't expect it to stick to your tile shower wall by itself. It won't. It does stay reasonably in place if it's stuck to the tub floor or just use it to hold the end with your hand. I use H2O Anal Lubricant and it works really well with this fleshy dildo.
I'm very happy with it. I don't know how the soft skin-like rubber will hold up under heavy use but it's very inexpensive. If it only lasts a few months it will last longer than some tricks I've had and be a lot less hassle to deal with. Not to mention *safer*. Using this will keep you in practice for a real back-door lover if one comes around too. Win-Win!
