Order Fulfillment Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was completed (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the next business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to activate.

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. We always use discreet packaging with no reference to our store. All of our packages are shipped in a plain box or envelope with a benign return address. No one looking at your package will be able to find out what it contains.

International Shipping

Currently we ship to US and Canadian addresses only. We DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $69.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Our automated system calculates your shipping cost and displays shipping options for you at checkout before payment is processed. Shipping cost is calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order. Transit times are estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed. We cannot be responsible for service commitments by the carriers.

International Shipping Methods:

  • Standard International (6-10 business days)
  • Priority International (3-5 business days)

Customs And Brokerage Fees:

Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country’s customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

Product Availability

Most products we sell are in stock at time of ordering to ensure prompt delivery of orders. Product availability is displayed above the “Add to Cart” button on each individual product page. On rare occasions we may need to place an item on backorder. Backordered items usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address, wrong ZIP code, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive the package etc.), we will notify you by email and issue a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on our part or of the carrier, then we will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your order.

Refused/Returned Orders

Refused or returned orders can be reshipped once with additional shipping charges added. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
