As with all pressurized enema products being fed from a shower hose, do NOT use to much pressure or too much heat, use low pressure warm water, do not go more than one or two seconds before you push the water back out, its silly but it’s like breathing water with your anus, quick in and outs…. if you do too much volume of water held too long here is how bad it gets …. 1) best case .. the water interferes with the bacteria in your colon and you have Diahrrea for one to two hours …. 2) middle case … you can push feces into your appendix causing a bowel infection that requires an appendectomy and hospital stay … 3) worst case you can rupture your bowl, causing feces to seep into your abdomen causing sepsis. so … just a little water with a mild pressure and lukewarm water is all you need.

It is shaped as shown, but it looks larger in photos than it is – 10 inches actual size vs looks like 18 inches??? Also, the hose connection is shower friendly to the water source, but over-sized on the enema side. If you use the supplied hose (5 ft???) then there is no problem, but you will need an adapter if you use your own longer shower hose???
