It gets the job done well. Decently powerful for its size.
Wish it had a slightly larger head.
Only complaint was we had to take an emery board to it to remove the plastic flash from the pressed together parts so it didnt have a sharp point on it that might cut.

I don’t know anything about prostate milking, so maybe that’s why I give it five stars. For me, it seems to initiate an immediate erection, and it seems to intensify the orgasm.
