I know there for first timers but I found them to be too big and to easy to keep in. I had a bit of trouble getting them in and out with lube and it was my first time ever using ben wa balls. If you haven’t had much sex you should go for a slightly smaller size. I do love the movement in side tho.

They are not to big and the chime inside can not be heard when your using them. The soft stem makes it easy to remove them. When using them they are just the right size for kegel exercises for toning the muscles after child birth.
