Simply place the desired size ring over the open end of the pump prior to pumping, fit the pump over the nipple, then pump away to your desired size. What can I say except that this is a toy. It does make your nipples grow but the rings stretch way to soon
The plastic part is to hard and the clear is glass so you had to be very careful not to drop it. But I used is fine.
They are fun but it takes a long time to get the nipple permanently stretched longer. my nipples were about 1/4″ tall x 1/4″ dia. erect when I started and they are 3/8″ x 3/8″ relaxed and when naturally erect they taper from 1/2″ to 3/8″ dia. and 1/2″ tall. when I pump them up and ring them they get 3/4” long
