Was hoping for something that lasted a bit better, seems like we had to reapply every 10 minutes or so to keep the numbing effect up. Otherwise the overall effectiveness was great, numbed rather well without taking away all feeling.
Product was good to use, It really does desensitizes any areas which it is used on. I would definitely buy it again.

im using this for urethral play, and the lidocaine start working half an hour after applying it in the pee hole, for me the lidocaine last for 1 hour in that area until it starts to wore of, the lube part is oily and it does last a long time, it can be easily removed with water.
I used it to help with some pain I was experiencing on my vulva and it didn’t help at all. I gave it an okay report though because I used it for something that it might not have been intended for. But, it seems to me that if it desensitizes the anal area, it should for other sensitive personal areas.
