Overall Rating Fits, not that hard to put on, as others say turn the ball sack inside out and stretch it around your scrotum, it should snap into place enveloping your balls, then it is just a matter of inserting the penis through the cock-ring. Overall Rating It is difficult to put on. It will help if you already have a ring of some kind around the boys to keep them from bouncing around too much. Turn the ball sack inside out, slip the cock ring on and then just kind of wrap the sack around your balls. Done right and depending on the size of your cohones, it should feel nice and snug but not pinch or squeeze too hard. At this point you'll either like the way it feels or not.
It took me several tries to get it right and in the process I stretched it so far that got a little split in it. I do not consider this to be the fault of the manufacturer at all and rather than demanding a refund I simply added a new one to my cart and ordered another.

Overall Rating This thing is FANTASTIC! Yes, it can be difficult to put on, and if you're on the "small" side, it would be too big. To put on, I simply wrap my left thumb and forefinger around my scrotum, then place the pouch (turned inside out) against one testicle and push them into place on at a time one at a time, using the fingers of my right hand to stretch the collar over the testes and into place - there is a little discomfort when putting on, but that is what makes something like this fun!.
