This traditional leather ball stretcher is accented by two straps to which additional weights can be attached. Ball stretchers are designed to provide resistance as the testicles retract during stimulation. This creates a pleasurable tugging feeling. Overall Rating this is a very good quality product, the leather is not the thin "cheesy" type that some stretchers are. its well made, and comfortable to wear for long periods, its adjustable. Overall Rating The Leather Ball Stretcher is well constructed. However, it is somewhat difficult to get in place because, like most people purchasing such a device, my scrotum held my testicles up close. I found it difficult to get the device in place without pinching the skin of the scrotum in the buckles. I reverted to using a hair dryer to loosen the skin and then wrapping the scrotum with an "Ace" bandage. Then the device can be put in place with less difficulty. Now I find that simply warming the skin with a hair dryer is sufficient to get the device in place but, even then, care must be taken not to pinch the skin. Since it's getting easier to get in place, the device must be having some effect.- By Enrique on 1/8/2016
