Overall Rating Good material, seems well made, no taste on the bit. Bit is fairly large though, looks intimidating in this novice's hand and my wife seemed nervous about it after she first saw it. Overall Rating I was very pleased with this bit gag. I have never had one before, and this one is very comfortable while still making it impossible to talk... or stop drooling :) I have a small head and some gags don't fit tightly around my head, but this one has a strap that easily adjusts to my size, and could even be made tighter.
Like others have said, the bit is relatively soft (feels great in your mouth and on your teeth) and it might be possible to push it out of your mouth with your tongue if you really persistent. The lock on the fastener also seems like it would work okay, but isn't the most sturdy and someone could get out of it if they wanted.
Overall I think this is a great gag for a beginner to intermediate level. Great introduction to bit gags. I don't think it would be strict enough for an advanced user who wants to be completely unable to remove the gag even with persistent effort.- By Bailee on 12/21/2017

Overall Rating Great, bitable texture, easy on my teeth! No foul taste or smell. We will need to punch another hole or 2 so I won't be able to push it out of my mouth, but shouldn't be an issue. I'd initially wanted a leather gag (not a ball gag, just a gag) & my King preferred this bit; so we got the bit. But I'm surprised by how much I enjoy it!! Overall Rating Feels very sturdy, came clean with plastic around the bit which was very comforting/reassuring (lots of toys have no packaging at all, or are clearly used and dirty). NO SMELL at all. Wahoo! Got a little mark after one particularly intense bite, but otherwise has held up without a scratch (in use 6 weeks). Feels great - doesn't hurt my head or my teeth, easy to keep clean.
