Overall Rating This is Awesome simply put. It is about 1.5 inches across just below the tip and about 1.75 inches at the base. If you are not use to using something like this it might take time to get it in without any pain, make sure you use lube. It is about 6.5 inches long just long enough to hit my cervix lightly with going in right up to balls on the Perfect Peter.
Previous to this the biggest toy I had was a LELO Mona 2 and a cheap vibrator from a toy party and both of those were about 1.3 inches at their widest. The LELO Mona 2 was only that wide at for a very short span so once you got it in you were good. I have only been with one man and he is smaller than the Perfect Peter and I have not had a natural child birth so I am pretty tight.
With all that said this was very scary to see online and especially in person, it took me 4 months just to work up the courage to use it. Once I finally did use it I was so mad at myself for the 4 months I missed. This completely fills everything out and if you have never used anything this big take the time and make this work. Inside it fills you up and it slides right across all the good spots. I haven't tried the suction cup, I have only used it with my hand and that balls do make a very good handle for using it.
It is not like other smaller toys that just sorta poke the good spots. This will fill you up and put pressure everywhere and make you feel very fulfilled in a way no vibrator can. This doesn't replace a vibrator or the real thing it just gives you another tool in your tool box or fulfill you in a 'different' way.
It feels very real and is very flexible, make sure you use lube because the texture does make it feel a little stick even though it is clean. It didn't have any smell as others have stated.

Overall Rating This dildo is very nice rubber texture with veins little on the hard side but still bendy and that works for a better feeling inside, perfect size for us ladies who aren't size queens. It has a very nice suction cup better than a lot of others i have tried. Dildo does not have any chemical smell and cleans very easily. I have had this product over a year and its just now starting to get some discoloration and i have used him on regular basis so he will last a long time.
