Overall Rating I have had the large cage for a few years now and always have great pleasure with it, so out of curiosity I ordered the medium size. Overall Rating I would have really enjoyed this had it not been too small. I bought the medium based on reviews and recommendations but it was ridiculously small. I then bought this one and I just could not get through step one. I think it would have worked but I couldn't get either of my testicles through it. I would recommend using a sizing chart and getting proper measurements before purchasing anything that doesn't adjust.

Having used other products, I know what my privates will fit thru . I would have liked that the cock ring was
1/2" smaller in this configuration. The other offered Triad Chamber would not have fit at all for me as the ball (ring) cage was too small,

Overall Rating Had the large size but my guys kept slipping back thru the ring sooo ordered the medium or small...Wow the rings are really tiny but liked the challenge sooo went to work...after fighting w this thing for the better part of a half hour finally got it on...now will xplain how...1st stretch the scrotum as far as possible thru the large & medium rings, scrotum must be very loose! Lastly "turtle" the penis into the body & out thru the ring! Presto! Now will give you the key...pay close attention...You must determine which of the 2 is the larger of your boys...He must go 1st!
